A practicing realtor in Connecticut for more than three decades, Charlotte Felt is a skilled and trusted real estate professional. As Executive Sales Director for Halstead Property in the Darien and Rowayton offices, she is thrilled to be a part of one of the fastest growing real estate brokerage firms in the tri-state area.
Charlotte previously held the position of Sales Manager at Realtech Realtors in Darien, CT and later transitioned to a sales management position with Kelly Associates Real Estate, Inc., also in Darien. She is a member of the Connecticut Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Darien Board of Realtors, Greenwich Association of Realtors, and the Consolidated Multiple Listing Service. Charlotte has served several terms as President of the Darien Board of Realtors, Inc. and as Chairman for the Darien Board of Realtors, Multiple Listing Committee. She was also a Director for the Connecticut Association of Realtors.
Although born and raised in North and South Carolina, Charlotte considers Connecticut her home and is passionate about helping her clients make it theirs as well.
