He also saw that it was only a matter of time before New York's luxury residential real estate market would spread from the Upper Eastside to the Westside, Downtown and beyond. Halstead opened a series of store front offices to capitalize on this potential.
In 2001 Halstead along with Halstead Management has joined the distinguished family of real estate-related companies owned by Terra Holdings, adding formidable, additional dimensions of talent, capability and capacity to its strengths.
By this time the company had become one of the largest and most prestigious firms in its field and a professional organization with extraordinary insight into the real estate needs, tastes and aspirations of New York residents. Halstead Management was formed to apply its special expertise, experience and dedication to the service of the properties owned and occupied by this same clientele.
