With a unique mix of innovative ideas and the methodical policing and fostering of the Halstead Property brand identity, Matthew J. Leone brings a fresh marketing perspective to Halstead that helps to set the company apart from its competitors. Matthew is the Marketing Manager of Halstead's twenty-one member in-house marketing and advertising division, Terra Marketing.
Entering his fifth year with the company, Matthew is responsible for the everyday management of the resources and operations of the marketing division. He works directly with the Halstead Management Team and agents to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that cater to fit their individual needs. Furthermore, he manages the media planning for Halstead Property, creating new media alternatives and fostering the relationships of their current venues.
Prior to joining Halstead Property, Matthew worked at the sports marketing firm, NSM. While at NSM, he gained experience in the various facets of the marketing mix by working directly with the events and marketing promotions for the Big East Conference basketball account as well as creating marketing proposals for the PGA tour event sponsors.
Creative and detail-oriented, colleagues find that he works tirelessly towards solutions for any challenge. Graduating with honors from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY, Matthew earned a double concentration in marketing and finance. Moreover, he has also dedicates time to continued learning through his affiliation and membership with the American Marketing Association.
Outside of the office, Matthew finds time to dedicate to the local community as a volunteer basketball coach and mentor to children in the St. Anne's School athletic program located in Northern New Jersey. He is also a dedicated supporter of the American Cancer Society as well as Americares. On a lighter note, Matthew was selected as Gotham Magazine's List of 101 Most Eligible Bachelors of New York City in 2006. Matthew currently resides in the downtown section of Hoboken, NJ.
