Paul Gottsegen

Mr. Gottsegen serves as the President of Halstead Management Company, LLC. He has over 25 years experience in real estate, encompassing all facets of building management. Prior to his leadership position with Halstead, Mr. Gottsegen was a Managing Director at the Insignia Residential Group. Previously, he had held the position of Owner and Chief Executive of Soren Management, Inc. and, prior to that, he served as a Vice President with Douglas Elliman-Gibbons & Ives.

Mr. Gottsegen is a New York State licensed real estate broker, an Honorary Member of the New York Building Managers' Association, an Honorary Associate Member of the Scandinavian American Building Managers Guild, and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. He holds the national designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management in Chicago, Illinois.
