Since she started her booming and lucrative real estate career, Ms. Casey has sold numerous properties in a very short time. Her career grew out of a labor of love in finding unique spaces for herself and friends, owning and renovating two properties in Manhattan, most recently a penthouse with a 1000sf wrap terrace! It was inevitable that she would bring her services to the community and become a Real Estate Professional.
Previously, Ms. Casey began her career as a financial services software consultant by accident. During a temporary assignment, Ms. Casey was hired to design, develop, and implement an electronic interface with the Bloomberg™ terminal. Something she had no idea how to accomplish! Ms. Casey's natural ability to troubleshoot problems and create possibilities enabled her to complete the project in a timely manner, which led to numerous other consulting opportunities. In 1995, she founded Lync Consulting, which turned into a ten-year career in the investment management industry. Ms. Casey has proven she holds the essential skills of project management that have made Lync a profitable, self-funding business, with annual revenues of over $1MM. Not bad for a performing arts major!
Today, Lync continues to prosper without Ms. Casey, as she has moved on to pursue a new career in real estate. Her interest in real estate started as a consumer when she purchased both a primary residence and vacation home during a two-year period which nearly tripled in value in under six years! This experience led Ms. Casey to lend her business experience to the Real Estate profession serving the community in successful home buying.
Customer AccoladesJust wanted everyone to know that I love my new place.
Amy, Thank you for finding the place and telling/showing me it had potential. It sure did. And thank you for helping to negotiate the deal.
Joe, I can't believe what Joe can do! It is amazing how great it came out. Your ideas combined with what I wanted came out GREAT. Everyone comments on how nice the door to the "en suite" is and the great frig. Thank you Thank you!
Brian, for making the legal things happen and hanging in there with the "out of state" bank and closing dates changing.
I wanted everyone to know that I love living on Riverside Drive, seeing the river views and having the park right across the street. I had no idea what I had been missing all these years! Thank you to all for making it happen.
Hey Amy...thank you so much...this is really great...It was such a pleasure to meet a real estate person that I feel like I can trust! I appreciate it!
Dear Amy, It was a delight working with a dedicated agent. I appreciate the valuable time you put into finding us a NYC home.
For Amy, nothing could be more rewarding and makes her want to "see you home" again and again. You can be next!
