My career in real estate began in the early 1980's when interest rates were fixed at fourteen percent. In my first year of residential sales, I was thrilled to be awarded Outstanding Salesperson of the Year. I am proficient in residential and commercial sales as well as leasing, property management and mortgage lending. My career has been dedicated to sales, marketing and management in one capacity or another for thirty years. I owe my success to an honest, compassionate and refreshing service-oriented approach which is often head and shoulders above the competition.
A colleague of mine once said: “The only real estate I ever lost money on is real estate I never invested in.” This has become my mantra in representing both buyers and sellers in a diverse range of real estate transactions over the years.
