The majority of Eileen's new business comes as referrals from past clients whom she has sold or listed their property and that of their friends and relatives. Having lived in and restored several vintage homes, she is especially knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the older home.
Eileen is conscientious and well prepared with knowledge of current market conditions and the inventory. She truly enjoys what she is doing and works hard to make sure her clients have all the information needed to make the emotional and financial decision to either buy or sell a home. Eileen has to proven to be extremely successful due to her dedication to the profession as well as her high level of commitment and integrity.
Formerly a clothing buyer for a large department store, Eileen then moved on to her own business, 'Basically British' which imported antiques. Along with her professional life, working in many volunteer capacities through the years enabled her to develop the skills needed to negotiate on the buyer's or seller's behalf. Listening carefully to the desires and dreams of every person or family is so very important to her.
Eileen has completed the Graduate Realtor Institute designation as well as a certified Relocation Marketing Assistance program. She has been a consistent award winner over the past 20 years.
