I am a Manhattan native who grew up around construction, new development, and unbelievably gorgeous real estate. As a little girl I have memories of open houses and showing apartments with my mother, Dorothy Somekh. I always found real estate exciting and captivating.
After High School I began my College years at the State University at Albany. Thinking that law may be my path in life, I majored in both Political Science enjoying studies on government and structure, while minoring in film to pursue my passion for the arts.
During my Senior year I came across a great opportunity to intern at the New York State Assembly for a full semester. Since I had my Real Estate Salespersons license by then, I was chosen as an intern for Chairman of Housing, Vito Lopez. That experience was my entrée into the real estate business. I discovered my interest and passion for a profession that I lived with all my life.
After a summer of adventurous travel, I started working part time as an assistant for my mother. My duties include showing property which I love and I'm very good at. Between her experience and my fresh look at Real Estate, we are unstoppable. I look forward to a successful career in this great business!
My plans include continuing my education and obtaining my masters
