Holly loves real estate and it shows. As a Producers Council member for the last 3 quarters she is in the elite top 20% of Halstead brokers in terms of sales. Holly is committed to her buyers and sellers and as a result has a largely referral based business. Her premium quality customer service and prompt, financially sound results are of paramount importance to her. When handling the gamut of real estate needs for buyers and sellers alike, Holly is dedicated to providing the utmost professionalism, knowledge and business sense; yet she also strives to get at the heart of what makes people tick... and to the core of what someone really wants where a property's concerned.

Born and raised in Charlottesville, Virginia where her father sold real estate, Holly attended Hollins University and earned a B.A. degree in Art History. After Hollins, she moved to London for three years where she worked for Bonhams Auctioneers and did coursework in Asian Art at Sotheby's. After leaving Big Ben for the Big Apple, Holly worked on Wall Street at PaineWebber and DLJ. While working at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (now Credit Suisse) in private banking and later investor relations, she went to night school for her M.B.A. and graduated with a masters degree in marketing. She began her career in real estate in 2001 and has seen many different market cycles. She is continually educating herself and refining her skills.

Currently living on the Upper East Side, she has called Manhattan home since 1993. Holly works closely with buyers to carefully determine their needs and guide them every step through the purchase process, from finding the right neighborhood to negotiating a fair deal. Holly brings many assets to her real estate career from a distinguished background in fine arts and finance, namely her marketing degree, negotiation skills, attention to detail, visual memory, creativity, intuitiveness and friendly disposition. When not hard at work, Holly enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, taking in art exhibits and playing bridge. She also is involved in fund raising for her alma maters St. Anne's-Belfield School and Hollins University where she consistently has set new records for participation and funds raised.
