Some brokers prefer to work with buyers, some with sellers. After almost 10 years of interacting with both, Lynne Weinlandt can truly say that she enjoys representing buyer and seller alike. This is partly because she has personally been on the buying and selling side many times - much to her husband's dismay.

As a tenant and coop owner in Manhattan for the past 30 years and as a Halstead broker for over 10 years, Lynne has become very familiar with the ups and downs of Real Estate. Although her current home is in what is known as "The Flatiron District", her family has lived in Soho, as well as the East and West Village.

Lynne's professional and personal experience in Real Estate has helped her to learn the importance of listening to her clients' needs, of advising them of the best route to take to best meet their needs, and, finally, of keeping a perspective on events - no matter how frenetic and emotional!
