Being born into a real estate family, there is no wonder Cynthia's career took the direction it did!
Cynthia has been actively involved in the Real Estate business at all levels for 20 years. She has handled all phases of real estate, both for her own account and for others. Her years of experience in the field of real estate, her proactive approach to sales and marketing and her emphasis on honesty and loyalty are her foundations for success.
Cynthia has been involved in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties for her own account and for others for approximately ten years and has also been involved in the daily operation of her own portfolio including marketing, money management, legal evictions, planning, budgeting and scheduling for 300 apartment units. In addition she has participated in the raising of "seed money" for the Initial Public Offering of a R.E.I.T.
She has supervised the management of residential buildings, negotiated leases, supervised their preparation, followed thru on execution and renewals, increases and options, supervised collection of rents, dealt directly with vendors and service companies and handled tenant relations. She has prepared reports for a real estate advisory, developed proformas for mortgage and financing applications and handled the management of a real estate-owned subsidiary.
Cynthia is an innovative problem-solver and tenacious, yet a diplomatic negotiator and prides herself on her client relationships because she knows that one time deals are not the way to service her customers.
