Roger holds a highly coveted distinction as a CDPE, Certified Distressed Property Expert. As a CDPE he holds the knowledge and necessary certification necessary to work with homeowners in danger of foreclosure. This area of distinction is the only one recognized by the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
