Stanley M. Conway

Stanley M. Conway serves as Vice President for Halstead Property in the Investment Sales Division. Mr. Conway enjoys strong relationships with both tenants and landlords in Manhattan and has a unique understanding of Manhattan’s dynamic and ever-changing real estate market in the leasing and investment sales arena.

As a tenant representative, Mr. Conway has represented many prominent companies in the corporate, entertainment, financial, law, securities, retail, executive recruiting and tech industries. His clients include: Kobrand Corporation*, Wachovia, Garrigues LLP*, Grogan & Associates, Capstone Development, Corestaff, Response Companies, British Broadcasting Company, Turner Construction, Michelin North America, BI Inc.* and Gateway Counseling.

Representative tenant assignments that Mr. Conway has consummated include: 30,000 square feet for Kobrand Corporation and a disposition of their New York City Corporation headquarters, 134 East 40th Street for $12.5 Million.

Areas of expertise include: tenant and landlord representation, financial analysis for retail and office leasing, lease review and auditing, adaptive re-use of manufacturing buildings, valuation of income producing properties and development sites in New York City.

Prior to joining Halstead, Mr. Conway served as a Vice President of HelmsleySpear where he completed estate sales, sales of C corps, and represented BI Inc. in their metropolitan New York expansion for office space.

Before his position at HelmsleySpear, Mr. Conway worked at Coldwell Banker Commercial as a Managing Director. During his tenure at Coldwell Banker Commercial, Mr. Conway was awarded the title of top producer for New York City and New York State in 2007 and recognized as a top 300 broker nationwide out of a 3,500 broker salesforce at the annual awards event in Orlando, FL.

Prior to Coldwell Banker Commercial, Mr. Conway worked as an associate at Grubb & Ellis.

Mr. Conway is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
