Shelley Rankin

Shelley Rankin is a Manhattan real estate broker and Vice President at Halstead Property, one of the largest, most visible real estate brokerage firms in New York City.

Shelley has managed the lease up of redeveloped Manhattan multifamily buildings, the sellout of newly built Manhattan condominium buildings, and an NYC Housing Lottery with over 3,000 applicants. Shelley negotiates sales and lease transactions for Manhattan condos and multifamily buildings.

Prior to Real Estate, Shelley developed distribution networks in Brazil, she also served as a securities broker at Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley. On a Chancellor scholarship, she received two degrees from California Berkeley, in Political Economics and Latin American Literature. While at Cal, she interned for the U.S. State Department. Shelley expects to receive an MS in Real Estate Finance and Investment from NYU in December of 2010.
