Halstead Property announced that Anthony DeVivio has been promoted to director of sales, Harlem and Riverdale. Previously director of sales of Harlem, he is now responsible for the strategic growth and direction of both Halstead offices.

DeVivio joined Halstead Property in August based at 175 Lenox Avenue. In his new role, he will divide his time equally between Harlem and the Riverdale office, located at 3531 Johnson Avenue.

Before joining Halstead Property, DeVivio specialized in the high-end property sales on the eastern end of Long Island with Corcoran. Prior to that, he enjoyed a 24-year career in executive management in the retail financial services industry.

DeVivo graduated from Whittier College in Los Angeles, Calif. with a bachelor of arts degree in political science.
